Timanfaya National Park

What’s more, the nearby restaurant “El Diablo” serves chicken roasted using the heat from the actual volcanic soil.
Camel Ride
And if you decide to visit Timanfaya a camel ride is a must. A camel ride is the perfect finishing touch to this excursion around the lunar landscape.
Children will love this excursion. You can take a camel ride for 20 minutes touring the park. The guides take photos of you while you walk around the area, so if you want a funny photo as a souvenir of your trip to Lanzarote, you know where you have to go.
Cueva de los Verdes
A tour to the Cueva de los Verdes, an underground gallery formed by volcanic eruptions, is another highly recommendable day out on the island. Teguise Market
Probably the most relaxing plan than the other options mentioned above is a visit to the Teguise Market. No holiday on the island is complete without a visit to Teguise, site of the island’s most famous street market. A relaxed walk around the market admiring the island’s arts and crafts is something the entire family can enjoy.
Children will love the balloons that decorate the stalls, as well as the sweets and candies on sale along the promenade.
