Purposes: (I) Recruitment, training, creating and sending payrolls, and other forms or documents required for the professional relationship. (II) Response to website enquiries. (III) Customer billing, official accounting, calculation, presentation and payment of taxes, preparing commercial documents such as balance sheets and annual reports. Retention period: (I) Duration of the employment agreement and the required time to attend to any responsibilities deriving from the working act. (II) The required time to respond to any enquiries, as well as the eventual duties deriving from them. (III) and (IV) Six years for mercantile purposes and the required time to respond to any duties deriving from the tax settlement. (V) During the provision of the services, and the necessary time to respond to any duties deriving from them. (VI) and (VII) The required time to accomplish the said purposes and the derived responsibilities. Recipients: (VI) y (VII) Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Exercise of rights: You may exercise the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and opposition to data processing under the terms and conditions established in the personal data protection legislation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, by sending a request via email to sales@hoopoespain.com, or via postal mail to Calle Berrugo 2, Puerto Marina Rubicón, buzón 3, Playa Blanca, CP 35580, Las Palmas, mentioning the subject “Data protection” and including proof of identity such as a photocopy of your ID card, as well as submitting a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The owner of this website is Playa Blanca Plots, SL. Therefore, the information you submit through this website, as well as the data transactions you enter into with us in person, will be processed under the responsibility of Playa Blanca Plots, SL.
