RESERVATION GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Note that your credit card details are required for guarantee and for 100% prepayment latest by 30 days prior to arrival, except for Non Refundable bookings where the 100% amount of stay will be charged latest after 24 hours after booking confirmation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE:
Check-in on arrival date starting from 4.00 PM –> Please be so kind, some days in advance, advice us of your arrival time and flight details.
check-out on departure date should be at 12.00 AM (noon). Late check out is possible depending on our availability, paying an extra charge of 100 € per villa.

INCLUDED TAXES:
7 % VAT already calculated in the room rate

INCLUDED SERVICES:
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge
free private parking at the location

CHILDREN POLICY:
Please advise us if you travel with children and if any equipment is required.
Children under 3 years are free. Older children are considered with same price as adults.

Airport shuttle, car rental and bike rental services available on request and subject to request and supplement payment. Please contact the hotel for further details.

Pets are NOT allowed in the Hoopoe Villas!
